Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We aim to provide the highest quality products with exceptional sales and after sales service.

Our products are subject to stringent quality control during production. On completion, every item is individually tested, ensuring that every product leaving the factory will be able to achieve the highest standards of reliability.

Because of this we are able to provide a 24 month unlimited kilometre manufacturers’ warranty on all of our products.

In the unlikely event that there is a technical issue with one of our products, our recommendation is that the following are undertaken:

  • if the issue is with one of our turbo timers, read the information available on the Frequent Questions and Troubleshooting pages of this site.
  • if the issue is with one of our digital speedometers, read the information available on the Frequent Questions page of this site.
  • if the above information does not assist, or the issue is with one of our other products, contact us either by telephone, fax or email. During Australian business hours (shown on the Contact page) live product support via telephone is available free of charge. This may assist with the diagnosis and solution of the issue.
  • if product support does not provide a satisfactory solution to the issue, it may be necessary to return the product for examination and where required, repair. This can be done either to the dealer from which it was purchased or direct to us. We have a warranty claim form, linked on this page, which should be completed and accompany the returned goods.

Where goods are returned for a warranty claim, we aim to repair and return them within 5 working days of their receipt.

For Australian consumers our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits provided to Australian consumers by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
